Scoot-to-Feed™ Crusade
Scoot-to-Feed™ is our Food Drive and Distribution Campaign.
Like all of our other Crusades– before we can actually have the Crusade, there's a lot of behind the scenes work that goes into the preparation, set-up and actual distribution.
We must first guarantee that our Local Government Partners are all on board and we have facilitated all the areas by which they will be necessary, which also includes if warranted– their physical involvement. Most times the Local Government will have representation if not the Principle Party at the venue.
The first leg of all our Crusades is the tireless and selfless work of our amazing Volunteers. Our Volunteers help with many task and operations. Relative to the Food Drive Campaign, our Volunteers:
1. Contact other Volunteers to arrange and inform for participation
2. Help us contact Law Enforcement, Politicians, Local Churches and
Businesses.
3. Make sure all of the necessary marketing, signage, brochures and
ads are done.
4. Call all Vendors for set-up equipment, supplies, transport and delivery.
5. Meet at venue six hours prior to COG arrivals to set-up.
6. Take positions in parking lots where they will be working for the day.
7. Coordinate with Leadership for event Briefing.
8. Greet and assist the COGs after arriving.
9. Smile and Serve the Constituents along with the COGs.
10. Photo-Ops, press relations and Constituent interaction.
11. Break down the venue and clean up.
Our Food Drive consist of:
• Food Boxes that contain special meal combinations for certain Holidays, like:
1. Thanksgiving
2. Christmas
3. Easter
4. Fourth of July
• Food Distribution for our common day-to-day Food Give Aways vary:
1. There are daily Food Missions that we recommend people to
2. There are occasional Emergency Food Boxes that we keep on
hand those in need will need to call us to check for availability.
3. Then there is our scheduled Scoot-to-Feed Crusade, where
we go all out for a major planned festivity.

Scoot-to-Serve™ houses our foundational core resources and represent but a small segment of what West Coast Scooters does on a continual and regular basis for the ever growing– less fortunate, underserved, marginalized and needy population around the Country. We start and maintain a strong basis here locally (California) and then extend our reach through branching Chapters in Cities across the Country as West Coast Scooters for their particular jurisdictions (ie: West Coast Scooters | Tulsa, New Jersey, Brooklyn, Las Vegas, Compton, Dallas etc).
