Contest Rules:

West Coast Scooters [hereby referred to as: WCS, Club, or Owner, and Dan Beasley hereby referred to as OhManDan] has a close and intimate relationship with Local Law Enforcement all over the Country and we are recognized for our committed and consistent Acts of Good Will and Kindness toward Humanity. We are very serious about the Character, Integrity, Morality and Lifestyle of ALL our inner Leadership, Volunteers, Staff and Professional Connections or Collaborations. This Contest, its Nominees, Nominators, and Participants are held to those same High Standards and Expectations. This Contest' sole purpose is to Recognize and Reward GOOD PEOPLE from all over the Country, for their Selfless Acts of Kindness and Good Will towards ALL ManKind... Fraud, Perjury and/or ANY misrepresentation(s) will not be tolerated, and part of the Impeachment of such Nominations may include legal accountability. So, in all fairness to ALL Candidates... please ONLY submit HONEST Nominations to Best of your Knowledge. If we're unable to verify ANY Nominee, (s)he will be disqualified.

Every Nominator and Candidate MUST be SUBSCRIBED to OhManDan's
YouTube Channel (Verified) for at least One Year in order to Qualify!

Age Limit(s)

Candidate MUST be 18yrs or Older, posses valid Drivers License

Skill Acknowledgement:

ALL Candidates shall Acknowledge and Sign under threat of Perjury: that... by taking possession of Prize eScooter– they have the Riding experience, skill, and ability to Safely Ride, and Handle that Received eScooter.

Health Restrictions

Candidate MUST not suffer ANY injury, pain or illness that may otherwise affect the safe operation of ANY Electric Scooter, and acknowledge by Threat of Perjury that this statement is True.

Drugs/Alcohol Policy

Candidate(s) MUST not illegally possess nor consume at ANY TIME– ANY Alcoholic Beverage or Drugs– thus acknowledging under Threat of Perjury that this statement is True.

Criminal Restrictions

Candidate(s) MUST not have ANY pending Criminal, nor Court Matters, and acknowledge under Threat of Perjury that this statement is True.

Incarceration(s)

Candidate MUST not be currently incarcerated, on Parole, on any type of Probation nor absconding, and acknowledge under Threat of Perjury that this statement is True.

Scooter Fitness

Candidate MUST be Physically FiT– (enough) to Ride and/or Handle ANY eScooter Safely and acknowledge by Possession, and Threat of Perjury that this statement is True.

Qualified WiN

Candidate(s) get one Nom per person and can ONLY WiN, once in a Lifetime.

Nomination(s)

Nominee can't be Related to Nominator and MUST get ten or more nominations in order to Qualify for the chance to WiN.

Paid Nomination(s)

Candidate(s) MUST NOT, nor CAN NOT, PAY ANY West Coast Scooters' Representative(s), or Affiliate(s) for ANY type or form of Contest Nomination(s) and acknowledge under Threat of Perjury that they did not pay anyone.

Verified Qualifications

ALL Candidates MUST be verified by WCS Officials– in order to Qualify for ANY chance to WiN.

Qualified Residency:

ALL Nominees MUST reside within the United States of America and acknowledge under Threat of Perjury that this statement is True.

Afilliation(s) With WCS

No Candidate can be Affiliated, Related to, or Employed by... ANY West Coast Scooters' Representative(s) or Affiliates... and acknowledge under Threat of Perjury that this statement is True.

Operational Proof:

Declared WiNNER MUST visually Verify the condition and the functionality of the eScooter. The Declared WiNNER will not be an Official WiNNER until Condition is Verified, Waiver Signed and Possession Taken. No ONE but The Official Owner can RIDE the eScooter to prove its Operational Function and Condition. The Declared WiNNER assumes ALL Responsibility when (s)he becomes an Official WiNNER and Owner and can ONLY– then RIDE the eScooter at his or her Own Risk as That New Owner.

Self Nomination(s):

Nominators CANNOT Nominate themselves nor Self Promote.

How to Nominate:

Nominees SHALL ONLY be Nominated one time– per each nominating person. The person Nominating cannot be Related to the Nominee in any fashion. Nominee MUST receive a minimum of (10) ten nominations, from (10) ten separate Nominators in order to Qualify for a chance to WiN. Nominator MUST write a One Page Summary (that include– Nominator's valid return address and info– Nominee's best Contact info: cellphone number, email address and which City and State Nominee resides in) explaining why they feel their Nominee is Qualified to WiN that year's eScooter. There are no pre-requisites to the format, word count or content, however WHAT it says about the Nominee is strongly taken into consideration, so make your Submission count. You ONLY get ONE chance for that ONE Person– to make your Case.

Dis-Qualification(s):

ANY Candidate can be Dis-Qualified at ANYTIME during the pre and post vetting process, from the date Nominated– up until, Day of Prize DELIVERY (Dec. 23rd), if at anytime, WCS discovers:

• ANY Rules were Broken.
• Nominee and Nominator are Related in ANY way.
• Nominee CANNOT Physically Ride an eScooter Safely.
• Nominee abuse(d) illegal Drugs or Alcohol.
• Person Picking-Up Prize eScooter is not Declared Winner,
impersonated, mis-represented, conspired, created, and/
or participated in ANY form of deception, in order to WiN.
• Nominee or Nominator PAID in any FORM for nomination.
• Nominee has ANY Official connection with WCS Personnel.
• Nominee has no prior Riding experience, skill or ability.
• Nominee or Nominator lied anytime, on ANY documents.
   • Nominee's physical Residence is outside of America.
   • Nominee is Un-Verifiable...
   • Nominations are invalid, or did not attain (10) ten or more.
   • Fraud or Perjury was committed at any part of the Contest
   • Nominator PROMISED Nominee will WiN Prize eScooter.
   • ANY form of Quid Pro Quo exist by either Party, to WiN.

WCS' Representative has the authority to– at ANYTIME during the Contest Process (whether told, investigated, observed, feel, or heard) CANCEL, DIS-QUALIFY, POSTPONE, or REFUSE to give, deliver, exchange or PROCEED with Vetting, Processing, Testing, Loading, or Transporting ANY Nominee or Prize eScooter if said WCS Representative and/or (WCS Judge(s) conclude that any of the aforementioned Participant Disclaimers were fabricated, false or altered in ANYWAY to position a Nominee for favorable selection at becoming a Once In A Lifetime... irrevocable– Congenial Member of a very Prestigious, Elite, "Champions Of Good"– Quasi Fraternal Band of Humble Servants– forever etching their GOOD Name, and Presence in the recorded Halls of History showing what it Looks Like to Champion GOOD!.

In Case Of a Tie:

One of the reasons there's a MANDATORY Subscription Rule in order to even Qualify, is because OhManDan loves rewarding People for GOOD Deeds and since OhManDan doesn't get paid or Sponsored by anyone to create his YouTube Videos, when a Person Subscribes to his Channel... it shows him how much they appreciate his commitment, sacrifice and selfless hard work he not only gives– but the thousands and thousands of dollars spent to do that work. Your Subscription is BETTER than any PAY anyone can give, and to SHOW his appreciation once again, those Candidates who participate in The WCS Annual GiveAway, and become a Finalist in the selection– if found in a TIE with another Candidate, the WiN will GO to the Person WHO has BEEN Subscribed to OhManDan's YouTube Channel the longest, without unsubscribing. It's a non-negotiable WCS requirement, that ALL Nominees (1yr) and ALL Nominators (6mos) are Subscribed to the Channel at the least specified– one year, or more (which give our Early, Loyal Supporting Subscribers the Reward Advantage whenever they may find themselves in a top two Candidates, Tie for the WiN). Dan has ALWAYS given his Promise to Subscribers– Grand Privileges for their very Loyal Support to his Channel– he consider SUBS an Honor and badge of Support for all he Does Forward, and toward this incredible Micro Mobility Incommture.

Transference:

Each WiNNER agree by taking Possession of the present Year's Champion Of Good GiveAway eScooter– to ALL the Terms of this Contract and furthermore, specifically Agree to the Term(s) of this Transference Clause that ANY and ALL: Prize, Title, Benefits, Membership and Recognition to this WiN designation Can nor Shall ever Transfer to any other living or deceased Soul. It is inexplicably, and conditionally, TIED to the Sole WiNNER of THIS GiveAway for the remainder of his or her Lifetime. The Prize eScooter can NEVER be SOLD, Given Away nor Donated to ANY other Entity or Person and upon death or incapacitation of The Official WiNNER... The WiNNER hereby agree that his' or her's POA and/or Estate Executor– Shall donate (upon his/her expected or untimely death) The Prize eScooter to The WCS Museum, to be enshrined in Honor of the WiNNing Champion Of Good Member– regardless The relative Prize eScooter's present value, appearance, operational, or non-operational condition.

Submission Dates:

Submissions MUST only be submitted from Nov 23rd to Dec 22nd. by 9:00am EST. Any Submissions received before or after said dates and time will not be received, opened, or considered.

Winner Announced:

Winners are announced EVERY Year– on Dec 23rd, at 12:00pm EST just before Christmas.

SpokesPerson Clarity:

ALL WiNNERS of The "Champions Of Good" Free eScooter Give Away, MUST Agree to become a SpokesPerson (not for West Coast Scooters, OhManDan, Scootopia, Micro Mobility Assoc.) for Championing GOOD around the Country wherever riding, and/or Official COG Duties as a COG Member within, and away. WiNNERS MUST also SUBSCRIBE to OhManDan's YouTube Channel and shall Follow ALL WCS, Micro Mobility Association, Scootopia, and OhManDan Social Media Platforms.

Indemnity/Liability:

Winner MUST visually verify that the Prize eScooter works, and has no damage before taking Possession, and therefore Agrees by taking Possession, that they assume ALL Liability related to said Prize eScooter received. West Coast Scooters (OhManDan, Representatives, Social Media Platforms, or ANY Affiliates) are not responsible for maintaining or repairing any damage to– notwithstanding, ANYTHING pertaining to ANY Prize eScooter, nor assume ANY Liability for ANY Injuries, or Death that the Winner or ANY Rider may suffer after taking Possession, and/or while Riding this Prize, or ANY eScooter related to this Contest– during/after the Declared Winner is Officially deemed The WiNNER. The WiNNER Agrees by taking Possession that (s)he is familiar with, knows how to Ride, and Handle The Prize eScooter Awarded and Received. WCS (its Affiliates, Social Media Platforms or Representatives) are not responsible for training, teaching or preparing The Nominee, Candidate, or WiNNER on how to Ride or Operate ANY Prize eScooter presented or Awarded. It is The Sole Responsibility of the Nominee, Candidate and/or WiNNER to KNOW how to Ride, Operate and Handle the Prize eScooter, adequately and Safely; well BEFORE Agreeing to the Rules, Terms and Conditions of this Contest Contract– while Participating, anxiously Awaiting, and/or taking Possession of ANY said Prize eScooter.

False Statements:

Nominator(s) or Nominee(s) shall not LIE, Misrepresent, or make ANY False Statements on ANY written Documents related to this Contest, Prize eScooter, Winner Ability, or Possession of SAID Prize eScooter. ANY False Statements may be interpreted as Perjury, (a Felony) and is subject to full prosecution under the Law.

Sign The Waiver:

ALL Candidates MUST AGREE to Sign Waiver stating they were FULLY aware and AGREED to all aforementioned RULES and thereby Release ANY Responsibility or Liability Related to Their Prize eScooter, once Received by The Candidate upon WCS (its Afilliates, Representatives, Staff or ANY Social Media Platforms) thereby. Candidate is NOT deemed the WiNNER until Waiver is Signed and eScooter taken Possession of. ANY announcements or declarations of the WiNNER is not Consummated until Waiver is Signed and eScooter Possession exchanged.

Investigative Team:

We have gone through great lengths to assemble a Qualified Team of Judicial Experts to Examine, Process and Judge each Qualified Nominee, Nominator, Party, and/or Team of Experts.

   • Four Investigators
– Shall vet ALL Nominees.
   • Ten Adjusters
– Shall Moderate, Validate, Count– ANY and ALL Nominees,
Docs, and Ballots.
   • Fifteen Judges
– Shall Process, Adjudicate, Finalize, Declare, and Certify
   all relevant results.

Submit all Nomination Letters on– NOT BEFORE, Nov. 23rd of each year and NEVER AFTER Dec. 22nd of each Active Year.

• ALL Winners must arrange their own Pick up, shipping and/or delivery within
